2nd Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are excited to offer an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Technician position, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving proprietary food processing equipment in a USDA-regulated facility. Qualifications and responsibilities for this 2nd Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Technician position include:

• Willing to work the 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am after training is completed on first shift
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on food production machinery including conveyors, palletizers, labeling and sealing machines.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, and basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Experience in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick) preferred—ability to create or modify components like custom conveyors.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams, document repairs, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working in a colder environment, using safe machine shop practices, and adhering to USDA/FDA/HACCP standards.
• Must be self-driven, adaptable to shift changes and available for seasonal overtime.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certifications are a plus.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
