Hospital-Based Hemodialysis Team
We are growing our inpatient dialysis program and seeking experienced LPNs to join a structured, team-based care model focused on safe, high-quality hemodialysis delivery.
This role is designed for LPNs who prefer full-day clinical shifts and value consistency without on-call obligations.
Position Overview
The LPN will provide hemodialysis treatment in hospital settings under the supervision of a full-spectrum RN team. This role focuses on direct treatment delivery, patient monitoring, and dialysis workflow support within defined licensure parameters.
This is not a solo-provider position. LPNs will never be assigned independent hospital coverage or on-call responsibility.

- Support setup and takedown of CKRT and PD therapies (as trained)
- Collaborate with RN team for escalation or complex care needs
- Document care accurately and timely
- Support safe dialysis workflow and equipment handling
- Independent hospital coverage
- On-call shifts
- CKRT primary management
- Apheresis
- Sole clinical authority for acute dialysis services
- Full-day clinical shifts
- No routine on-call requirement
- Team-based staffing model
- Defined supervision and escalation pathways
- Prefer structured long shifts
- Thrive in collaborative environments
- Want acute care exposure without call burden
- Value clear scope boundaries
- Active LPN license (state-specific)
