Davis Roofing & Restoration is a family-owned company launching a new restoration division, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated sales representative to help us grow.
Restoration sales is a fast-paced business. When property owners experience water damage, fire damage, storm damage, or other unexpected losses, they need help quickly. We’re looking for someone who understands the urgency of these situations, responds quickly to opportunities, and knows how to earn a customer’s trust.
We invest in high-quality, detailed incident leads and provide the support needed to turn those opportunities into successful projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building a growing division with significant earning potential.
What you’ll do
Respond quickly to company-provided emergency restoration leads, including evenings and weekends when needed
Travel to residential and commercial properties following water, fire, storm, and other damage events
Meet with property owners, assess their immediate needs, and explain our restoration services
Work to secure restoration projects by building trust, communicating clearly, and providing timely solutions
Document property damage, collect important project information, and coordinate next steps
Help customers understand the restoration process and navigate insurance-related questions
Coordinate closely with our mitigation, estimating, and production teams
Follow up consistently with leads and customers to maximize opportunities
Develop relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and other referral partners
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in restoration sales, emergency mitigation, or a closely related industry strongly preferred
A proven ability to respond quickly, follow up consistently, and close sales
Availability to respond to time-sensitive opportunities outside traditional business hours
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers during stressful situations
Understanding of water, fire, and storm damage restoration processes
Familiarity with insurance restoration projects and claims processes
A dependable, self-motivated person who can work independently and take ownership of opportunities
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
