What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Architect / Project Manager position at DAVIS?
DAVIS is looking for an exceptionally talented and hardworking architectural/BIM support with strong skills throughout the design and project documentation phase.
Primary RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate complex designs into clear and concise detailed presentation and construction documents
- Maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
- Management and coordination of clients, consultants and integrated design team
- Coordinate production effort with careful adherence to the design intent proposed
Required QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the architectural field; commercial office and multi-story experience required
- Architectural Degree preferred
- Self-motivated, well organized, excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe CS preferred
- Practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques related engineering principles and building codes
- Knowledge of BIM Best Practices
