Summary

Office Assistant // 3.9 hours per day / 174 days per year / Salary Grade 4 - $17.77 per hour (Support Salary Table 2025-26) [Promotions result in a 5% minimum increase] GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the general supervision of the principal, office manager, department head or other supervisor, the office assistant provides general support for administrators, office staff and faculty. Educational Requirements: 1. High School graduation or equivalent education and/or experience. Knowledge & Ability: 1.
