Overview:
Johnson Street Chiropractic of High Point is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, billing and helping the doctor.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office such as medical insurance verification, billing, mailing, etc..
- Coordinate and schedule patients appointments
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking payments and responding to emails/texts.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Experience:
- Proven experience in chiropractic/medical office billing and management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. /Spanish/Bi-lingual a plus!
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous chiropractic medical billing experience is preferred.
- This is a part-time position:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-2pm.
Tuesday and Friday 8 am-12 am.
Willing to work with your schedule as well. Great opportunity for someone retired.
