Davis Place is looking for a 3-11 Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate nursing functions with doctors, patients and interdisciplinary team.
- Assess and evaluate patients and ensure quality standards of the highest degree in nursing activities.
- Comply with facility standards, Federal, State and Local regulations.
- Supervise nursing staff in carrying out patient care duties.
- Monitor ongoing performance of the nursing staff.
- Adjust schedules and assignments of nursing needs to ensure resident needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Active CT RN license
- 3 years of previous experience in supervisory role in LTC setting
Schedule:
- M-F
- On call rotation
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
Experience:
- supervisory nursing home: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- RN license (Required)
