Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience who is passionate about client service and eager to develop expertise across our key practice areas. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collegial, supportive setting. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.

Practice Areas

• HOA/COA (community association law) 
• Special education 
• Family law (divorce, custody, prenuptial/post-judgment matters) 

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with support from the team 
• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements 
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel 
• Appear in court, conferences, and mediations 

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and in good standing
• 3-6 years of post-law school experience (clerkship or firm experience welcomed)
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently and effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
