Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the retail lumber and building materials industry.
Excellent knowledge of lumber, building materials, and construction practices.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
