A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REP:

Every day, you'll be at the forefront of success, channeling your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create personalized HVAC systems that cater to client comfort and budget preferences. From following up on sales leads to conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients' homes, your role is pivotal in designing systems that guarantee satisfaction. With your technical prowess and ability to address objections, you'll present compelling proposals, driving sales and enhancing our reputation. You'll collaborate with clients, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure each project is a testament to our company's commitment to excellence.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REP:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
n
• High school diploma or equivalent
n
• Adept at understanding industry equipment, practices, and procedures
n
• Previous experience in service agreement sales and estimating
n
• Remarkable relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
n
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
n
• A valid driver's license and ability to be approved to drive as per Company's insurance requirements
n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and attend weekly meetings
n
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours if needed
n

An Associate's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
