- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on leadership with a particular emphasis on electrical operations, technician development, and department growth.
- Drive team financial performance through goal-setting, reporting, and coaching.
- Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
- Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
- Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
- Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
- Support operational consistency and growth across both electrical and plumbing departments.
- Own the outcome of every job, including escalations.
- Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.
- 3 years of proven leadership/track record required
- Strong knowledge in residential electric required
- Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
