We are hiring an Electrical & Plumbing Trades Manager to lead from the front. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants true ownership over people, performance, and outcomes.

This is not a maintenance role—it’s a builder role. You will develop teams, drive performance, and take ownership of a rapidly growing department.

Compensation

$100,000–$130,000 total compensation (salary performance bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
• Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on leadership with a particular emphasis on electrical operations, technician development, and department growth.

Revenue Growth & Strategy

• Drive team financial performance through goal-setting, reporting, and coaching.
• Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
• Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.

Operational Excellence

• Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
• Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
• Support operational consistency and growth across both electrical and plumbing departments.

Customer Satisfaction

• Own the outcome of every job, including escalations.
• Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven leadership/track record required.
• Strong knowledge in residential electric required.
• Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
• Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction.
• Strong presentation and group communication skills.
• Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
