About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman and master electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations
- Help with wiring, conduit bending, panel installations, and circuit troubleshooting
- Prepare job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for each project
- Follow all NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines and company safety protocols
- Support the team with running wire, pulling cable, and installing electrical fixtures and devices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites
- Learn and apply proper use of electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems or enrollment/completion of an electrical trade program is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work toward journeyman electrician licensure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and working in tight spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety on the job site
