Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across residential, agricultural, and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with local codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on varied projects, from renovations to new construction, generators, horse farms, service calls, etc. while working in a supportive environment.
WAGES WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and components in new and existing residential, agricultural commercial settings
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installations and repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using the proper diagnostic tools to identify faults quickly.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code), and local electrical codes
- Perform high-voltage wiring tasks safely on any and all systems while adhering to electrical safety procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete electrical installations efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and upgrades on existing electrical systems to optimize performance
Experience
- Proven 5 years experience as an electrician with a focus on new construction, troubleshooting service calls, commercial electrical systems and other task
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and schematics for installation or repair projects
- Experience working on high-voltage electrical wiring within various environments
- Construction site experience including renovation projects and new builds
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards
