Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney, based in the Cleveland area, with some remote work flexibility. The Family Law Attorney will manage legal cases related to divorce, custody, and other family matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing and filing motions, and conducting depositions. The role requires regular client consultations, court appearances, and the negotiation of settlements, while providing empathetic, professional, and effective support to our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Family Law and the ability to navigate legal issues with expertise
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal motions and documentation
- Ability to manage client relationships with compassion and professionalism
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission and good standing in the Ohio Bar, or eligibility to transfer
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
