Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody/timesharing, alimony/spousal support, and child support matters.
- Assist clients in dividing marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings.
- Effectively litigate and advocate for clients when attending court proceedings (via zoom or in person) as needed to represent clients.
- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases.
- Work collaboratively with senior partners, paralegals, and team members to efficiently move cases through the litigation process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling family law cases,
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; must be licensed to practice law in Ohio.
