What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor for Inpatient Drug and Alcohol position at Davis Archway Treatment Center?
Primary Duties:
- Responsible for supervision of clinical staff members.
- ASAM certification and understanding
- Responsible for hiring and promotion of employees.
- Monitoring of DDAP regulations and facility compliance.
- Meeting with Facility Director and providing reports and goals for training.
Education / Experience:
Clinical Supervisor shall meet requirements as set forth in Chapter 704.5 Qualifications for the positions of clinical supervisor and meet the training requirements of Pa. Code 704.11 (e).
ASAM Certified - REQUIRED
Skills and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities to staff members.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate policies.
- Ability to maintain facility requirements for DDAP regulations and documentation of records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
