Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and sales. The role involves coordinating patient appointments, providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and assisting with medical terminology and care coordination.

Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Accurately present and demonstrate the benefits of noninvasive procedures such as botox/dysport and dermal fillers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
- Present pricing options and negotiate pricing
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
- Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
Sales Performance
Achieve and exceed personal Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude at all times
Leverage tools and technology provided to sell across channels
Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, brand values, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications
- High-End Luxury Sales Experience
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Care Coordination and Medical Terminology knowledge
- Patient Care experience
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures is a plus
- Spanish Speaker a plus
