Davies Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected organization seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims of low to moderate complexity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned residential and commercial property claims of low to moderate complexity

• Analyze facts of loss, coverage applicability, and exposure based on policy terms, conditions, and endorsements

• Establish and maintain accurate and timely claim and expense reserves

• Determine settlement values using ACV, replacement cost, contractor estimates, deductibles, and policy limits

• Negotiate and issue settlements within delegated authority

• Communicate clearly and professionally with insureds, agents, and internal partners

• Maintain compliant, well-documented claim files in accordance with state regulations

• Identify claims appropriate for field inspections, SIU referral, subrogation, or legal involvement

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience adjusting residential/commercial property claims

• Active Florida or Texas Adjuster’s License (or reciprocal eligibility)

• Strong understanding of property coverage analysis and exposure evaluation

• Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

• AIC or other claims-related professional designation

• Spanish-speaking abilities

• Experience identifying fraud potential and subrogation opportunities
