About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives, including software implementations and infrastructure projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with business and IT teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full SDLC from planning through deployment and closeout
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage change control
- Lead multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Track progress and report status to leadership
- Ensure quality delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years in IT or technical environments
- 3 years managing IT projects
- P&C Insurance industry experience
Preferred Experience
- Agile & Waterfall methodologies; ITIL familiarity
- Infrastructure projects (cloud, networking, data centers)
- Software delivery (system integrations, Guidewire or similar)
- Tools: Jira, Confluence
- Experience in risk, change, and stakeholder management
Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP
- Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM)
