Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance for temporary workers and contractors.
- Manage vetting, onboarding, and contract documentation.
- Verify identity, I-9 Employment Eligibility, and references.
- Address documentation issues and escalate concerns.
- Maintain records in Bullhorn and reconcile Intime timesheets with payroll.
- Provide administrative support and uphold 96% quality assurance.
