Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
- Assist with posting job openings and screening candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Support recruiting events and candidate outreach efforts
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Prepare employee documentation and maintain personnel files
- Support data entry and HRIS updates
- Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with internal communications and employee recognition initiatives
- Support engagement surveys and feedback collection
- Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Hands-on HR experience in recruiting and employee relations
- Exposure to HR systems and processes
- Opportunity to work closely with HR leadership
- Experience in a manufacturing and multi-site environment
- Combination of office and manufacturing floor exposure
- Must be comfortable interacting with employees in a production setting
