Your Role as Customer Enrollment Trainee:
- Work face-to-face with customers to identify their internet and wireless needs.
- Guide them through the full sales journey, from initial greeting to final step.
- Close sales by showing how upgrading improves their lives.
- Process new subscriptions and applications accurately and with care.
- Help address basic customer questions about coverage, pricing, and value.
- Join daily team meetings to set goals and learn new strategies.
- Represent our company and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
