Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, promoting relevant products or services, and upselling when appropriate.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
- Communicate customer needs to our sales and service team.
Qualifications
- Previous Experience working in HVAC is a strong preference.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
