The Director of TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is responsible for achieving grant objectives as well as grant planning, implementation, continuous review, and analysis. The Director reports to the Senior Director, Student Engagement & Success.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in education, administration, counseling, or a related field.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in managing or administering grant programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with federal Department of Education programs or TRiO Programs.
- Experience working with TRIO, GEAR UP state/partnership programs or other college access/student success programs
- Work experience in a college setting
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with Blumen database
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,863.76 - $51,620.87 per year
