Pay range: You will have the opportunity to make $48 - $60K / year (which includes commission & bonus opportunities)
Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Meet with customers to determine their needs for repair and / or service of their vehicle
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update the customer
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to the customer
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Above-average energy level and motivation to sell
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Must be detail and process oriented
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- Effective / strong communication skills
- A multi-tasker that can provide great customer service
- A genuine interest in the Automotive Industry
- Must have valid drivers’ license.
