Role:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support full-cycle hiring across our Supply Chain, Retail, growth, CX, Creative, Finance, Discovery, and R&D teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Director of People to help us build a world-class team, and create a candidate experience that’s fast, respectful, and human.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, curious, and excited to develop their skills in recruiting and people operations at a fast-growing CPG brand.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from sourcing through to offer coordination.
- Help lead interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and culture.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on interview plans.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and help track pipeline metrics.
- Write and post job descriptions that reflect our brand and attract the right talent.
- Help coordinate external recruiters and recruiting events as needed.
- Contribute to improving our hiring process and employer brand as we scale.
- Support people initiatives as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- 1 year of experience in recruiting or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., startup, consulting).
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organization.
- Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner.
- Comfort using and evaluating ATS tools and systems
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with speed and care.
- A genuine interest in talent, team building, and what makes a great hire.
- Excitement about working in-person at a fast-paced CPG brand with ambitious goals.
Practicalities:
- This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
- Compensation: $100K - $155K per year. Compensation is inclusive of bonus. Ability to trade salary for equity compensation will be offered.
