This leader will oversee full-cycle recruitment, elevate our employer brand, and drive operational excellence across a high-impact, high-volume portfolio.
This role is based in our New York City office (One Liberty Plaza) in a hybrid capacity (Monday–Thursday in office).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop a Team : Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Recruitment Strategy : Build and execute innovative, scalable hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and senior leaders to understand talent needs and deliver strong, consistent service.
- Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding : Leverage creative sourcing techniques and market intelligence to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
- Culture & Inclusion : Champion inclusive hiring practices and support initiatives that promote a diverse, high-performing workforce.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to assess pipeline health, identify opportunities, and continuously improve processes.
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or multi-discipline environments
- 3 years of leadership experience (people management or equivalent team leadership)
- Demonstrated success building and executing effective recruiting strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking (ATS) platforms and modern sourcing/recruitment tools
- Experience working in the facilities services industry preferred
