Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care and efficient operation of all buildings and grounds as well as equipment used by the organization
- The role oversees the daily workflow, scheduling and assignments
- Conducts building, systems and equipment evaluations and facilitates corrective action as needed
- Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
- Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance
- Maintains files for warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements
- Maintains inventory of spare parts and tools
- Provides recommendations for the purchase of new equipment
- Responsible for timesheets and labor reports
- Participate in developing the annual budget
- Manage Maintenance, Janitorial Staff and Contractors
Skills
Required:
- 4 Supervisory Experience in Facilities, Construction or Manufacturing
- Budget Experience
- Experience with Code inspections
- Experience with NFPA Inspections
- OSHA10 Required/OSHA 30 Preferred
Preferred:
- Plumbing Experience
- Electrical Experience
- Carpentry Experience
- EPA licensed to handle refrigerant
- Experience in commercial/Industrial/Retail Settings
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
