This position plays a key role in managing MLS listings, maintaining accurate home data, and providing general office and receptionist support in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain home listings in the MLS system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Update pricing, statuses, photos, and descriptions as homes progress through the build and sales cycle.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure listing details are current.
- Upload and organize photos, documents, and marketing materials for listings.
- Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity.
- Provide general administrative and receptionist support, greeting visitors, and supporting the office as needed.
- Help ensure a polished and professional experience for both internal teams and external partners.
- 0–2 years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Comfortable working with systems and data entry (MLS experience is a plus).
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
