Travel & Tour Inside Sales Representative

David Tours & Travel is a trusted regional provider of group travel planning, motorcoach tour sales, charter bus sales, and retail vacation planning. We proudly serve schools, universities, athletic programs, senior, church and community groups, and individual travelers throughout Mid-Atlantic States .

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to assist customers with charter bus inquiries and coordinate and sell group motorcoach tours and vacation packages. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing exceptional service—from the initial inquiry through the successful completion of each trip.

Duties

• Manage and respond to inbound charter bus sales quote requests
• Follow up with schools, universities, and athletic organizations
• Sell group travel, group tours, school trips, cruises, and vacation packages
• Group travel planning
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
• Provide friendly and professional travel planning assistance
• Track quotes, leads, and sales activity using internal systems

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside sales, group travel sales, motorcoach tour planning and sales or as a retail travel agent
• Knowledge of group travel, motorcoach tour sales, charter bus sales, arranging school trips, or retail travel sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Must be able to work on-site at our Philadelphia office

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
