Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients by addressing their questions and concerns
- Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, inventory management, and equipment maintenance records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
