Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor on landscape maintenance/installation/removal work
- Operate and maintain landscape tools/equipment safely and effectively
- Follow industry regulations and best practices for safety on the job and with equipment and vehicles
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns if a lead isn't readily available
- If needed, assist with general lawn care duties, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Hardscapes and/or Professional Landscaping (preferred)
- Knowledge of landscaping tools, trends, and installation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (required)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
