- The AI Operations Intern at RideCare will play a crucial role in building controlled internal technical capacity without relying on external resources. This position focuses on prototyping scalable operational improvements before they are fully deployed, supporting organizational growth without a proportional increase in headcount. The intern will also work to strengthen the alignment between operations leadership and the technology team, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow dispatch workflows and document current stake intake processes to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational landscape.
- Map operational bottlenecks and identify error hotspots across the intake-to-dispatch pipeline to enhance process efficiency.
- Translate dispatcher notes into structured, validated schemas to ensure clarity and consistency in data handling.
- Draft technical specifications that will guide the development and implementation of operational improvements.
- Build testable prototypes that serve as a foundation for scalable solutions, ensuring they are robust and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with technological advancements, fostering a cohesive work environment.
Required Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Experience with basic scripting in Python and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with structural data and JSON schemas.
