Essential Position ResponsibilitiesHandle all aspects of residential closings for single family residences, condominiums, co-ops and multi-family properties;Preparing contracts, agreements, closing documents, loan documents.Reviewing title reports, closing documents, Assignments, CEMA documents, loan documents, Agreements;Conducting and managing closings in accordance with firm’s practices and procedures;Interfacing, communicating and coordinating with buyers, sellers, Developers, builders, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, title companies, management companies, and co-workers;Insuring compliance with TRID, Truth in Lending and individual lenders procedures and policies;Monitoring satisfaction of loan conditions and providing status updates to all parties;Conducting and managing closings in accordance with firm’s practices and procedures;Managing internal firm practices and procedures, including but not limited to file assignments, managing deadlines, implementing changes as necessary to conform with industry policies and procedures and internal protocols;Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, real estate brokers, title companies, loan officers and attorneys.Minimum QualificationsHave a minimum of 2-3 years experience with all facets of residential real estate closingsBe familiar with the TRID disclosure process and all aspects of the transaction from contract to closing (i.e. review title report, lien searches, order Assignment docs, review LLC and Trust Agreements)Detail oriented and possess the ability to mutli-task in a high pace environmentHave good PC skills with strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Email Platform and AdobeNotary Public preferredAn ideal candidate will have:Ability to make sound decisions based on information providedVersatility and flexibility working within an ever changing fast paced real estate environmentAdapting to new policies and procedures to improve processes and workflowAbility to function independently within time constraintsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitaskStrong attention to detailPrioritization of daily workloadStrong work ethic, reliable and dependablegood sense of humor, empathy and understanding
