SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a dynamic Senior Real Estate Paralegal for a large global law firm to be based in the New York office.

What You'll Do:
- You will be responsible for ordering, reviewing, and analyzing title commitments, documents, surveys, zoning reports and local and municipal compliance letters.
- This will include careful and thorough analysis of complex real estate documents and drafting summaries of documents such as CC&Rs, REAs, development agreements and similar documents.
- You will assist in drafting real estate documents, preparing closing documents, conducting due diligence reviews and coordinating closings as required for commercial real estate transactions.
- You will develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists for real estate transactions.
- You will also form LLCs, partnerships, and corporations, and draft organizational documents, authority certificates and resolutions.
What You'll Bring:
- College degree and/or a paralegal certificate
- 6 years' experience supporting a Commercial Real Estate practice group in a law firm environment (Large firm experience a plus)
- Extensive title and survey experience
- Experience forming entities and drafting basic entity organizational documents
- Experience with complex legal documents and multi-party closings is a plus
- Experience with land use concepts and/or manufactured housing projects is a plus
- Experience with creating organizational charts in Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and matter management skills
