David Lerner Associates, a leading investment firm for nearly 50 years, is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Boca Raton, FL branch. What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to support for our Investment Counselors and Branch Management, helping the office run smoothly day to day. A typical day might include:
- Answering phones and providing friendly, professional service to investors
- Assisting with client paperwork, filing, and correspondence
- Preparing and mailing client materials
- Helping with seminar prep (and occasionally attending — just one evening every 6–8 weeks!)
- Ordering supplies and keeping the office organized
This role offers a great mix of administrative, client service, and behind-the-scenes support.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Someone dependable, polished, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus
