David Lerner Associates, a leading investment firm for nearly 50 years, is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Boca Raton, FL branch. What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to support for our Investment Counselors and Branch Management, helping the office run smoothly day to day. A typical day might include:

  • Answering phones and providing friendly, professional service to investors
  • Assisting with client paperwork, filing, and correspondence
  • Preparing and mailing client materials
  • Helping with seminar prep (and occasionally attending — just one evening every 6–8 weeks!)
  • Ordering supplies and keeping the office organized

This role offers a great mix of administrative, client service, and behind-the-scenes support.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of administrative or office experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Someone dependable, polished, and detail-oriented
  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus
