Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of 6 U.S. stores ensuring consistent standards and performance
- Lead daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience
- Develop partnerships with salons, beauty supply stores, chain retailers, and stylist networks
- Maintain and expand long-term key account relationships
- Analyze sales trends, set KPIs, and implement revenue-driving initiatives
- Recruit, train, and lead studio teams
- Execute local marketing and co-branding partnerships
- Report U.S. performance and competitive insights to global leadership
- Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of U.S. sales or key account management experience
- Proven B2B experience in hair, beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to travel extensively across the United States
