Our client is a fast-scaling, AI-first B2B SaaS company whose platform powers customer onboarding, professional services, and post-sales delivery for SaaS and services organizations. They've recently closed a Series C and are moving decisively upmarket: new business tripled last year, revenue is north of $20M, and average contract values are climbing sharply as they win larger, more strategic accounts. The team is lean by design, which means real ownership and real room to overachieve.

The RoleThis is a full-cycle Mid-Enterprise Account Executive role selling a complex, consultative, multi-threaded motion into the 1,000–10,000 employee segment across SaaS and services organizations. Deals typically run $100K–$125K, with larger opportunities reaching well into the mid-six figures, and cycles close faster than is typical for six-figure software. You'll sell both the core platform and a differentiated agentic-AI offering as the company expands into new sub-verticals.
What you'll be doing
- Own complex deals end to end, from $100K to $500K , using a value-based, consultative, multi-threaded approach
- Partner with SDRs and marketing on pipeline while self-sourcing 20–30% of your own pipeline into target accounts
- Land strategic logos and foundational partnerships with large SaaS and services organizations
- Build deep product mastery, including the agentic-AI features, to lead technical discovery
- Manage stakeholders across Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Services leadership
- Bring market and product feedback back to leadership as new use cases emerge
- A proven full-cycle SaaS closer who has consistently won six-figure deals on longer, multi-month sales cycles
- Early-stage or high-growth experience (roughly 10–200 person companies) with high agency and genuine end-to-end deal ownership, not reliance on inbound
- Credible fluency in how AI is reshaping software — able to speak convincingly about agentic automation and platform integrations
- Rigorous discipline across territory strategy, discovery, and commercial negotiation
- Able to work hybrid, three days a week, from San Francisco, New York, or Lehi, UT
- Roughly 4–5 years selling mid-market SaaS and ready to move upmarket, through to experienced enterprise sellers
- Experience selling within or into the implementation and professional-services space (deployment shops, consultancies, IT services) — the standout profile for this role
- Hands-on experience selling or running proof-of-concept motions for AI-based solutions, independently
- A track record of staying 2 years somewhere and earning promotions during a period of rapid scale
- Zero-to-one or founding-AE experience, ideally with exposure to agentic AI
- A strong quota-attainment history — President's Club or consistent overachievement
- Uncapped, genuinely achievable OTE with strong overachievement kickers tied to AI attainment — the majority of the team beat quota last year
- A strong, investor-driven top-down lead pipeline behind you
- A structured six-month ramp (guaranteed first-quarter OTE, stepping up to full target) plus meaningful equity
- Balanced, graded territories East and West, so no rep is stuck with a weak book
- Location — New York City, NY · San Francisco, CA · Lehi, UT
- Work policy — Hybrid, 3 days/week
- Compensation — $100,000–$150,000 base uncapped commission (OTE ~$200K–$250K) equity
- Visa sponsorship — None available
- Employment type — Full-time
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
