This is a full-time, in-person Real Estate Operations Specialist role based in Addison, TX. You will work directly with me to manage communications, organize and maintain our CRM, build repeatable workflows, and help execute hyper-local marketing initiatives. If you enjoy building systems, managing details, and bringing order to moving parts, you’ll love this role.
Compensation:
- $60,000–$70,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses tied to lead conversion and marketing initiatives
- Opportunity for growth as the business scales
Schedule Location:
- Full-time, in-person in Addison, TX
- Standard business hours with flexibility
- Occasional evenings/weekends for events or open houses
- Must be local (this is not a virtual position)

Compensation:
