STARTING WAGES:
Finishing (Assembly, Powder Coating) $18.55 - $21.00*
- We are looking for candidates with proven manufacturing experience, especially those with hands-on assembly work, to fill various metal fabrication roles at DMG.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues quickly.
- Familiarity with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to powder coating, loading/unloading, and material handling is essential, ensuring you work in a safe and supportive environment.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working with heavy or bulky items over extended periods
Press (Brake) Operator $20.00-$24.00*
- Setting up and operating press brake machines: Adjusting machine settings for specific jobs, changing tools, and performing test runs to ensure accuracy.
- Reading blueprints and plans: Interpreting detailed instructions and technical drawings to determine job requirements and the correct fabrication process.
- Quality control: Checking the accuracy of bends and measurements, ensuring that finished pieces strictly conform to specifications, and adjusting as necessary.
- Performing routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.
