Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to provide onsite support at the St. Louis VA Medical Center (VAMC) in St. Louis, MO. This role will support Construction Facilities Management (CFM) services, including renovation, sustainment, and construction projects within an active VA medical facility.

Requirements

• Ability to perform full-time onsite Project Management services at an occupied VA medical facility.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal construction management practices, including VA standards, FAR requirements, and task order–based service contracts.
• Experience providing technical and management support across all phases of construction projects, including planning, design support, execution, and closeout.
• Ability to monitor and support schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, and change management activities.
• Ability to review contractor submittals, RFIs/RFCs, cost proposals, schedules, and change requests and provide written recommendations to the Government COR.
• Experience identifying construction deficiencies, discrepancies, and non-conforming work and coordinating resolution.
• Experience maintaining comprehensive project records, including daily reports, inspection documentation, meeting minutes, schedules, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages.
• Ability to support and participate in project meetings, site walks, and coordination efforts with contractors, designers, and Government stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with VA or federal construction management systems preferred.
• Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week; occasional adjusted hours may be required to support project needs.
  
  

Relevant Experience

• Experience providing onsite project management or construction management support for healthcare or federally funded projects.
• Experience supporting renovation, sustainment, and small construction projects under task order–based contracts.
• Experience working in occupied medical facilities where continuity of operations is critical.
• Prior VA, VISN, or other federal healthcare project experience strongly preferred.
  
  

Education

• A degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or demonstrated project management or construction-related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, or 2 years of healthcare or federal construction project management experience.
