What You'll DoFront of House (FOH)

As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of Dave's Hot Chicken, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities will include:

· Greet and serve guests with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

· Take and fulfill orders accurately and quickly.

· Maintain a clean, welcoming, and vibrant dining and service area.

· Professionally handle guest questions and concerns.

· Work seamlessly with your team to deliver exceptional service.

Back of House (BOH)

In the Back of House, you'll be the master of our delicious menu, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection. Your duties will involve:

· Prepare high-quality menu items while strictly adhering to safety and recipe standards.

· Operate kitchen equipment, including fryers and warmers, with precision.

· Keep the kitchen spotlessly clean and sanitary.

· Support your team during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient order flow.
