Responsibilities:
- Train, develop and coach employee performance: ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to other members of the team
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management opportunities
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food quality
- Interact with guests and community; respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals

Celebrating 27 years in business this year, based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us one of the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 17 (11 Currently) Dave’s to Wisconsin over the next 5 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group!

Dave’s Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller’s (French Laundry) organization set out to create the perfect Hot Chicken by searching, tasting, and frying. The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. And what chicken it is! Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender imaginable with each piece topped with Dave’s own mix of spices ranging from No Spice to “The Reaper.”
