Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator– Dave’s Chimney Service LLC (Methuen, MA)
Dave’s Chimney Service is looking for a flexible, fast-thinking Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is the hub of our daily operations — keeping customers happy, schedules running smoothly, and the office organized.
What you’ll do:
- Answer and manage incoming calls; book and reschedule appointments (weather changes, cancellations, etc.)
- Provide friendly, solution-focused support — even with upset customers
- Convert inbound leads by explaining services and encouraging bookings
- Call customers to confirm and remind them of upcoming appointments
- Communicate clearly with technicians, management, and other office staff
- Generate simple call center and scheduling reports
- Handle light office tasks (stocking supplies, refilling fridge, keeping things organized)
