Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance according to established procedures
- Inspect fluid levels, filters, belts, and tires, and report findings accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards for every service
- Assist with shop upkeep or other light tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members about vehicle status and needs
Qualifications
- Previous automotive maintenance or mechanical experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable following established processes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts and equipment as required
