About the Role
We are a locally owned, high-performing automotive repair group operating 3 shops in Goshen, Indiana. We’re seeking a disciplined, strategic District Manager to take full ownership of operations across all locations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency, profitability, and growth through strong systems, metrics, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support three shop managers to deliver consistent operational excellence.
- Analyze performance metrics, financials, and workflows to drive improvements.
- Implement and refine processes that increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Ensure each shop meets or exceeds revenue and service goals.
- Report directly to ownership with clear plans and measurable results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple locations or large teams (automotive, retail, or service industries preferred).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions and holding teams accountable.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
