What You'll Do as a Flooring Sales Consultant
- Build lasting relationships with customers, helping them find flooring solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Guide customers through the exciting process of transforming their homes and businesses, from product selection to completed installation.
- Provide personalized in-home consultations, including measuring, estimating, and design recommendations.
- Manage your projects from start to finish, coordinating with our installation team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial clients.
- Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and installation techniques to become a trusted flooring expert.
- Take ownership of your sales goals while collaborating with a supportive, experienced team.
- Represent Dave Griggs' Flooring America with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to building trust, one floor at a time.
No experience in flooring or design products necessary, but a background in retail sales, customer service , interior design or remodeling is preferred. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, dependability, professionalism and willingness to work in a team environment.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
