As Dave & Adams continues to expand its presence in sports cards and TCG singles across our website and retail locations, we are growing our Processing Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every card we purchase is accurately received, properly prepared, and efficiently organized for sale.
In Singles Processing, your responsibilities would include:
- Research and determine market value of trading cards using platforms such as eBay, 130 Point, Card Ladder, Alt, and other pricing tools
- Build and maintain spreadsheets in Google Sheets to track inventory, costs, and PK numbers
- Process incoming shipments from eBay and other purchasing platforms, verifying contents and pricing accuracy
- Accurately receive inventory into internal systems
- Organize and store inventory within the warehouse using Deposco for efficient retrieval
- Inspect cards for damage or quality issues and coordinate returns when necessary
- Generate and apply barcodes to inventory for tracking and fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize workflow based on demand and business needs
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, including time-sensitive market trends and product releases
