Qualifications
- Ability to lead, coach & develop team members for growth.
- Ability to manage 50 dynamic clients and multiple teams managing those clients. Managing roughly 5,000 requests a month.
- Ability to manage through a multi-level team of 30 individuals; to include leading and developing Sr. Managers and developing next man up Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively across dynamic teams in the field and in the office.
- Ability to handle conflict resolutions with customers, vendors & internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate in the best interest of your client & Davaco.
- Ability to handle frequent stressful situations and tense deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities to ensure the best interests of Davaco, the Client and your team are met.
- Ability to analyze gross profit, projections & make recommendations.
- Ability to qualify scope recommendations for a variety of skilled & unskilled trades.
- The ability to build dynamic reporting for our internal & external client to drive focus to improving results for the business.
- Highschool Degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management a plus
- 10 years in multi-site Facilities Maintenance as vendor, vendor aggregator or client.
- 5 years in experience leading teams. Multi-level teams a , teams 20 in size a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skill’s
- High level of financial Acumen
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
