About the Role

As an Independent Contractor working under the trusted DAUM brand, we will teach you how to prospect and build relationships with business owners, investors, and developers. This is a Monday-Friday people-centric business. You will enjoy meeting many new people both in the field and over the phone. You will learn how to establish trusted relationships by offering something of value each time you reach out. You will enjoy receiving referrals as you build your network both within and outside of DAUM. You will learn how to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing while building a recurring pipeline and long-term client portfolio

Qualifications

• California Real Estate license (or working toward one)
• A financial backstop that will allow you the time to build up your commission-based business
• Ready to commit full-time (Monday-Friday) to learn and build a long-term successful business
• An independent spirit who understands that an entry-level salaried job could be the first to be replaced by AI.

Pay range and compensation package

100% commission-based (uncapped earning potential). Significant upside as your pipeline and client base grow. Our average agent generates over $300,000 in gross commissions annually. Our top agents generate over $1 million annually. DAUM has one of the most broker-friendly commission splits in the business - up to 90%. Consistent top-producers can earn the opportunity to invest in DAUM stock and receive the commensurate financial rewards of being a Principal.
